Wedding Wednesday: Ceremony Aisle Decor

I can hardly believe it, but there are just 10 more days ’til the BIG day!  I’m running around tying up little loose ends, and one thing I’ve been trying to nail down is our aisle decor.  I’ve been looking all over for inspiration, and I just had to share some of these beautiful finds…

The wood rounds set a simple, rustic tone… and I love the candles!

Pinwheels!!

And how over-the-top romantic are these flower petals??

Last but not least… a SUPER personalized runner!

If we were having an indoor wedding, I might like to try something along the lines of that last photo…

    Love the first two, both with candles. Don’t care for the pinwheels, and the tiny flower pots stationed below the pinwheels next to the pews would be too easily knocked over. The flower petals are absolutely gorgeous, but wouldn’t stay that way for long with guests kicking through them walking up and down the aisle. The script runner (is that Dutch?) is unique, but again, I fear people walking over it (looks like chalk in the photo) would mess it up in a hurry. I vote for #1 or #2, depending on the rest of the decorations and the overall ambience.

    I am absolutely in love with the first picture! How romantic. It’s totally my style. I also think the pinwheels are really fun for a light-hearted, summer wedding.
