Wedding Wednesday: Coral & Gold Wedding Inspiration

Now that I’m NOT planning a wedding, I seem to have much more energy for coming up with wedding inspiration boards.  (Ironic, huh?)  I have been beyond obsessed with coral lately, so I came up with an inspiration board for a coral and gold wedding… check it out!

bride & bridemaids — ring – cake – champagne glasses — heels — flowers

I love that the gold brings in an old-school romantic vibe, while the coral keeps things fresh and modern.  I think the key to wedding these days is not being too matchy, so when you choose your color scheme, don’t be afraid to bring in different shades to add dimension to the overall look.

    I think Coral is an absolutely fabulous idea!! I’ve been running lots of colors through my head- teal, lavender, seafoam… But all of those colors have been done before!! I want something unique and most importantly, something that will flatter all body types, as my wedding party is a very mixed group. I’m definitely going to play around with this Coral idea.     I love the coral theme. I’ve always had that idea in my head.. but I am a silver kinda girl.. I have also thought of pale yellow.. and to have the MOH wear either a lighter or darker shade.
