Wedding Wednesday: A Little Inspiration…

I’ve been venue hunting this past week, and having a hell of a time!  So I’ve taken a break from the frustration and switched gears…

Last week we talked about wedding colors (thanks for all your feedback!), and Travis and I decided to keep it simple and stick with varying shades of yellow, grey, and white.  So, of course, I’ve been looking around like a madwoman for inspiration!

I bought a big white binder and a pack of clear sheet protectors, which I’ve been using to house my growing collection of photos.  It’s so fun to flip through the pages for ideas, and I don’t worry that I’ll forget any important elements.  Yesterday, I stumbled onto this great party planning site and went wild!

    I know when I’m engaged that I’ll definitely be organized. I’m generally oraganized and set deadlines or timelines for important events, LOL. I think I’m going to go for a classy, simple, and small wedding.

    I love the candy table! My cousin’s wife, who makes wedding invitations made this table sign which is cute and looks like it would be easy to recreate!

    Kim, good for you for already being on top of it. You are way more organized than I am. It took me forever to figure out our colors (I changed my mind several times). Party-planing is definitely not my forte! Can’t wait to see what you guys come up with.

    Oh my gosh, Kim! The pictures are gorgeous. The bird toppers are so pretty. I love low-key, chic weddings. I had a huge three ring binder with all of my wedding planning stuff (that was before we cancelled the big wedding and semi-eloped). It’s a great way to stay organized.
