Hot or Not: Floating Rings

You ladies were big fans of the stackable rings we discussed a couple of weeks ago, so I’m curious to see what you think of this next trend in jewelry…

Have you heard of floating rings?  They basically look like gems or stones that float between your fingers— no one can actually see the band.  Here are a few examples:

    The butterflies are kinda cool…
    but I can’t say there is anything flattering or statement making with the others…

    I agree with the above commenters. The butterflies are pretty. I think they are the most appealing of the group though because they look like they connect to form a true ring. So, they seem more appealing because they are the least unlike a true ring.

    I love them! I usually enjoy anything different. Hahaha. However, the button floating ring isn’t really that pretty. In fact, it’s kinda strange. The others, especially the wings, are wonderful.
