    I want to try the stuffing muffins. I like the idea of controlling both the portion size and the sogginess/dryness factor of the stuffing.

    Laina made us the butternut squash onion galette a month ago… it was delicious! (And came out looking gorgeous, just like the picture.) The onion tart looks really yummy, too.
