I love playing with proportions when I get dressed.  I definitely subscribe to the belief that your top and bottoms shouldn’t be the same when it comes to fit (e.g. I wouldn’t wear a tight top with tight pants or a loose top with loose ones…)

My bridesmaids threw me the most amazing bridal shower over the weekend, and I’m so excited to share it with you all today!

The girls created a gorgeous tea party…

Complete with individual tea cup favors for everyone.  (One of my bridesmaids sewed each of those little bags and stamped every guest’s name onto them!)

People were enjoying the sun…

And I got to catch up with old friends!

We played games (how cute is she in her toilet paper wedding dress?!)

And opened presents…

And I truly got to feel like a bride for the first time…

Thank you to my fabulous bridesmaids!  It was an absolutely perfect day!

I always rock short, square nails, but that first picture is so wearable… I kind of want to try this look out!

Happy Monday, sweet readers!  I hope you had a fantastic weekend!  I’m on a total high right now… my bridal shower was yesterday, and it could not have been more perfect!  I can’t wait to share photos and details with you on Wedding Wednesday…

I’m a little wiped from all the festivities, but I thought I’d share this print I came across on 20X200.  This is exactly how I’m feeling today… if only Travis and I could leave for our honeymoon a little early!
